Barbara Fink joined NCEA in February 2008 as part-time Database Manager. In January 2009 she also took over as the Accounting Manager. As Database Manager, she is responsible for managing current and new memBber information, updating the membership database, maintaining membership records and performing. As Accounting Manager she is responsible for all receivables, payables and maintaining accurate books and records for review by the board and the auditors on a regular basis.

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University and was previously employed at Arthur Andersen, a former public accounting firm in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Barbara has two elementary age children and works part-time for NCEA as well as assisting with PTA events, Girl Scouts and enjoys Geocaching on the weekends.
