The ERIC Clearinghouse on Adult, Career, and Vocational Education (ERIC/ACVE) is located at the Center on Education and Training for Employment (CETE), The Ohio State University. Part of the College of Education, CETE's mission is to facilitate the career and occupational preparation and advancement of youth and adults. ERIC/ACVE supports this mission by providing comprehensive information services in the areas of Adult and Continuing Education, Career Education, and Childhood through Adult Vocational and technical Education including employment and training.

The Distance Education Clearinghouse is a comprehensive and widely recognized web site bringing together distance education information from Wisconsin, national, and international sources. New information and resources are being added to the Distance Education Clearinghouse on a continual basis.

Florida Adult and Community Education Network

The purpose of Florida ACENET is to make exemplary educational programs available for adoption by adult, community, and literacy administrators/teachers in Florida and beyond. Its primary function is to provide adult education, community education, and literacy administrators/teachers with quality information and thus enable providers to efficiently and effectively meet the educational needs of the adult citizens of Florida. ACENET is committed not only to disseminating information, but also to facilitating the adoption of best educational practices as well.

The National Institute for Literacy (NIFL) is an independent federal organization leading the national effort toward a fully literate nation in the 21st century. NIFL's mission is to ensure that the highest quality of literacy services is available to these adults.
